The lattice side panels will be great for climbing plants as will the flat top section with its five rafter design.
The maximum width between the posts is 1.5 metres (~5 feet) which is really handy for spanning a garden path with ease.
If you'd prefer a narrower opening and a wider overhang then it is possible to fix the side panels to achieve this, as detailed in the instructions.
If you like the design but need an chunkier arch perhaps for an exposed location, the Twilight arch is identical in size and design except it has 70mm timbers for the main frame.
For this arch, we would recommend the ground support kit available as an option, consisting of metal spikes that can help anchor the arch into the ground.
